Secure NFC dongle is an electronic device that has embeddedNFC antenna and a secure chip (SE). It is attached to a smartphone (COTS) via micro USB (and USB-C in the future). It suits COTS with OS Android and USB OTG support
It enables COTS to accept contactless cards. COTS need not to have internal NFC antenna. It supports existing POS infrastructures. Main differentiators – cheap, small dimensions, highly secure

Extended security
The NFC Secure Dongle is quite independent on the phone itself – phone’s OS is not required to provide security or operational features for payment acceptance. These features are implemented in a separate execution environment inside secure chip of the NFC Dongle. Data is encrypted prior to transmission from the secure chip so the sensitive assets are never exposed in the phone environment
